We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our return process is quick and simple. 

Hassle Free Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any items.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Refunds: We'll process your refund once we receive your return to the original payment method. Refund includes the cost of the item(s). Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to start a return

1. Email pizzzapartyco@gmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to return.
2. Package your item(s) securely.
3. Use the prepaid return label we provide and drop it off at any shipping location.
4. We’ll take care of the rest and notify you when your refund is processed!

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at pizzzapartyco@gmail.com  with a photo and your order number, and we’ll help you out.
